"The room was clean and very comfortable."

Easy access. Room was very nice but appliances were not very well maintained. Refrigerator would come on and for no reason cut off. The microwave never worked and so we called for help. The manager got our refrigerator working. The electric outlet was bad .

"Staff directed me to an "open" pool that had been closed for multiple days."

Location. Comfortable bed.

Called to make sure pool was open for stay...it was not. And it was closed when I called. It took me asking front desk how to get to pool and her telling me how to get there and not informing me it was closed to realize. Fridge leaked everywhere.

I like that a lot of different restaurants were close by. It didn’t take us no time to get to and from different places. And right now the road was a Walmart Super-center so that was very nice as well.

When we go to our room and opened the door, the smell was horrible. Like an old storage building. The pullout couch was disgusting if you let it out. So we stripped it and piled clean blankets and sheets on it to sleep. There wasn’t enough towels/rags for our family of 5 upon arrival so I called out and had more brought up. The lady was very nice. I have no complaint for her. The channel choices are horrible so if you have kids be aware of that. And you can’t use your devices to cast to the TV. we tried and tried, being tech savvy and could not get it to work. Also if you stay and can’t figure out the WiFi, call the front desk. Your last name and room number will apparently not connect you. 🙃

This was in a great location. The bed was phenomenal! Super comfy. The walk in shower was wonderful. We had everything we needed. The staff were very friendly and informative. The room was very clean. Had a little kitchenette. The coffee was even pretty good. Overall this was a great place to stay!
