"Dangerous - go else where"

Dangerous and in desperate need of a council inspection. Bathroom with dated and mouldy grout. Incredibly slippery shower. But most of all the bathroom step is insane. Largest indoor step I've ever seen. I fell over and badly sprained my ankle. No signage for the risky step. I've never seen a step that high from a bathroom and I wonder if it was to code. Staff rang me the next day and said she'd let the owner k wo but didn't hear anything. Was happy to finish my business trip at another hotel

"Excellent"

Needs updating in some areas although having stayed several times we can see improvements. Barest provisions so take milk, snacks, wine etc for yourself. Could be slightly more generous with towels too. Shower lovely! Be aware rooms have a step up to the bathroom area. Bed very clean and comfortable , lovely blanket provided on beds much appreciated last night with the cold weather.

"In need of refurbishment!"

4* hotel? 3 at most. It is tired & in need of refurbishment. Our suite overlooked a dirty back alley with only the grubby walls opposite to look out on. One night the down & outs congregated in the alley until 4am causing a nuisance. It is not a hotel with the usual hotel facilities they are serviced apartments (serviced every 3rd day & we only stayed 3 nights…..though we were provided with extra towels) On the plus side the suite was spacious, the linen was clean, the staff were friendly & helpful, & the ‘hotel’ is conveniently located in the CBD.

This property is fantastically located at the Paris end of Collins, in close proximity to the theatre precinct. The apartment was clean and well sized and perfect for our short stay. The reception hours and options for discounted parking were ideal for us. We will be visiting there again.
