"Room had a few issues but overall served the purpose of my trip and was very very affordable"

Price and location were perfect

The soap containers in the shower were empty, the sound didn’t work on the tv and the bathroom had an unusual smell that I think was from water damage near the shower.

The check-in was easy, and the room was spacious with a good kitchenette

The air conditioning was one speed and noisy, plus the hallway smelt of cigarettes, yet it was a non-smoking hotel.

"Good location however don’t think I would stay again"

Easy to find good location

Our room balcony doors didn’t close meaning we had a very cold draught in the room all night, heating wasn’t sufficient and split system was unable to be used

"Its just ok,"

The rooms are clean and bed made properly.

No water even provided in the room.hand soap is empty,their rules is straight forward to the point that you need to pay when you ask for something after office hours.the location needs a walk to the tram if you need to get on it.only one key provided 😕

"The stay was ok, comfortable but due to the lack of advertised things in the room overall dissapointing"

Very easy to get too, 2min walk from parliament station

The advertisement had photos of a room that looked quite different and was a lot nicer than the king room I ended up getting, there was no tv in the bedroom but a spot where one used to be, and a strange door that had been taped up. The room itself was okay, but all in all it was advertised incorrectly and was a bit disappointing, the person working the front desk also seemed like we where annoying him, and was pretty reluctant about doing his job. The only request we made was to store our luggage in the storage room while we finished our trip.
