C'est l'hôtel que nous choisissons à chaque visite à Québec pour son confort, pour les services, pour sa propreté aux chambres ou à la salle pour le déjeuner, pour les nombreux accessoires dans la chambre pour nous facilité notre séjour, pour son accessibilité, pour le contrôle efficace du chauffage ou la climatisation pour les collations et les divers cafés spéciaux que l'on retrouve à la réception et pour ses excellents choix variés pour le déjeuner. Lors de notre dernière visite, nous avons eu le droit à un lit plus grand sans frais supplémentaire et des biscuits à la réception. L`hôtel demeurera toujours notre premier choix à Québec.
