The smell of the first room was so bad we didn't sleep properly. The hotel was unwilling/unable to switch rooms until the following day and was unwilling to provide a refund for this.

Good sized room lots of free parking

Why can’t some attention to soundproofing to hallway be taken? Room was otherwise very quiet but even people talking in the corridor with normal voices was disturbing Glass wall between bath and sleeping area is the new trend but really poor for light transfer to sleeping area I want a bar of soap for my shower! I hate the squeeze bottles

The views from the deck were incredible

Incredible shared spaces

We were pleaseantly surprised with our first stay at a Normandin for business. The hotel was well- located for getting to the convention centre. The room was comfortable and had all the conveniences. The continental breakfast was included, but it did not offer much choice. On the other hand, the coffee was very good and you also had access to a coffees station with more selections.
