Auberge Godefroy

Incredible spot. Excellent food, service, amazing outdoor pool and spa... Staff in charming and served us drinks aside of the fire after our bath in the spa. Don't know how I could ask for more. Can't wait to schedule my next visit.

Les matelas durs comme de la roche. Très mauvaise nuit à cause de cela. C'est dommage.

Toute fait plusieurs fois ont vient en couple avec des amis en famille

Went to Auberge Godefroy on the advice/ recommendation of a friend’s uncle who attends annually and enjoys the finer things in life. Booked a room with 2 Queen beds. Given a room which uses Murphy type beds. One was stuck in the wall. Couldn’t be pulled down. Reported the situation 2x to the front desk. Including after 7 p.m., approximately 6 hours after checking in. Situation never got resolved. Clearly room was designed for 4 people based on having 4 bathrobes. Shower handle was encased in BLACK MOLD!!! Spoke with the manager the next day. Only stayed one night. Given 20%. Returned home and developed an allergic reaction to dirty jacuzzi water. Spent over $150 on prescription meds. Needed to see my family physician after going to an Urgent Care walk-in clinic because of hive-like itchy rash that wasn’t responding to over-the-counter Antihistamines. Reported the situation to Expedia Canada. They refused compensation. My advice? Avoid this property and/ or Expedia!!
