Property looked nice but welcome lacking, 2 weddings taking up whole reception area and no help with bags even when we requested it. Staff seemed indifferent. No facility to get any type of drinks near pool area, dirty plates left out for hours.

"Appalling service and messy"

When you arrive at an extremely busy hotel and told that there is no one here to help you with your bags it’s not a good start, they said they don’t do that ! The hotel had 2 weddings going on and you couldn’t even get to the front entrance, one of the staff said drive to side entrance of hotel and take the buggy yourself We found the hotel very unhelpful and messy, plates lying around all morning in the corridors and in the outside area, so plenty of flies. The room is ok, but again they didn’t clean our room till about 4 pm and then left dirty towels and cups in room. Would never return
