Toallas y sábanas okey, limpio y las habitaciones relativamente cómodas con algo a señalar y es que no disponen de buena ventilación (solo a.a) y las que dan a la calle son ruidosas .

Falta de comunicación entre los empleados al cambiar el turno. No permiten el guarda equipaje una vez finalizado el check out lo cual dificulta tu viaje si tenéis algunas horas de espera y quieres disfrutar un rato más de la ciudad sin mochilas o valijas

Equipe muito boa, Instalações limpas e organizadas e excelente localização.

Really excellent location in the historical centre of Florianopolis, close to bars and very close to two bus stations. The room was really comfortable with a great bed, shower and I really appreciated the small kitchen. The wifi was also good. Staff were helpful and check in was smooth.

I felt the attitude of the guy who did my check in was a little patronising. But otherwise the staff were great and gave me lots of good tips about places to visit on the island. The homeless people outside were initially a little intimidating but ultimately fine.
