Bed was too soft and small. Kept rolling off edge, had to lay with one foot on floor.

"Overall, good stay and staff were lovely."

The positves - Great location, friendly, helpful staff, fast check in, good breakfast.

The negatives - our room was south facing, with no air con and a fan that didn't work, so really hot. Beds were hard and parking was a challenge, very limited when we were there, once parked we didn't feel able to use the car otherwise we wouldn't have managed to find a parking space.

Friendly helpful staff and hotel was tidy. Decent breakfast did not try evening menu. Not far from sea front.

Room needed some tlc in places and mattress was a bit hard for my liking.
