"This place is close to the airport and provides breakfast at 6AM."

It is close to the airport and convenient to return the rental car in 10 to 20 minutes. The place offers breakfast at 6 AM (we were told that we could arrive at 545AM), which is early enough to have breakfast and catch a 9AM flight at the airport.
