Flushed the toilet in the middle of the night and it ran for hours. The mechanism was broken and had to listen to it run for hours. Horrible sleep and no comp!

"It was fine, but I would’ve loved to avoided the moldy shower"

The property was clean, breakfast good, we had to change rooms because the fridge did not work and I had medication that needed to be refrigerated and our milk went warm. One of the keys for the new room did not work, we were charged for parking we did not know about in our prepay, the hotel could not explain why the put the wrong amount for the incidentals charge which they said was $20 per night and we were charged $70. If you are going to charge it, you should be able to explain it. The front desk service needs some improvement but the rest of the staff on property were friendly.
