Corinna Wilderness Village

Staff were amazing. Good sized cottage. Private & secluded. The restaurant, kayaking, walks, were all great.

The shower was dismal.

We camped for 1 night in the village and loved our time there, enjoying the walks, having a fantastic meal at the pub after being on the sweet waters cruise in the afternoon, which also included a walk to lovers falls.

Cottage was very comfortable - very nicely appointed, with filtered coffee and coffee table books to read on the local history and flora/fauna. We went on the Arcadia II boat trip out to Pieman Heads and really enjoyed the beach there (apparently we were there on a very mild weather day!) Dinner at the restaurant was great too.

It would have been good to have more information in the cottage, as we only received a map of the village, which included the walks. Useful information would be is the tap water drinkable (it is) and that a continental breakfast is available in the restaurant (we were told that coffee is available, but you get this in your room anyway) plus a reminder not to feed the wild animals (like the person in the cottage next to ours) We found a Monopoly game in our wardrobe but more games would be good as there's no internet or TV.
