Location was good

Not clean, halls and room had odd smells. Definitely didn't feel like things had been kept up and cleaned to the best of their ability. Hairs left in the shower, stains on walls, couch cushions, and floor.

Breakfast was really good and extended time on the weekends! Pool was clean and heated! Comfy beds, better set two alarms, or you will miss breakfast!

Room had not been cleaned well...crumbs on floor, fingerprints on walls. Trash behind doors. Also room was $80 per night if I would have reserved directly or through priceline and booking.com charged $156.00. Submitted price match claim and they denied saying policies were not same as refundable was one and non refundable was the other even though there was absolutely no difference in price so $160 vs $322 for the same room at the same hotel. I will never use booking.com again.

The room was quite unkempt, featuring unidentified marks on both the couch and curtains. The bed appeared soiled, and the pillows bore stains from what seemed to be drool and lipstick. The carpet felt rather stiff, and the television, lacking its stand, rested directly on a dresser that showed signs of water damage.

crawling on the bed were roaches. It was disgusting. We found leftover food in our fridge and a used bar of soap in the shower. There was dried noodles crusted to the floor all over our room. The room clearly had not been cleaned. The hotel in general was dirty. And with the roaches in the room, clearly the whole entire hotel is infested.

The bed was comfortable and it's close to shopping and eating places.

The T.V. didn't have very many channels for kids to watch. There wasn't very many breakfast choices.
