Amazing stuff and amazing view from the pool. Great location

If you are walking with stroller to the beach you have some steeps for the beach.

A very disappointing and upsetting experience at Sea Tower by Isrotel. During my stay, there was a coffee machine in the room, and I used it in the morning and again around noon. I then checked out normally at around 12:00. More than an hour later, the hotel contacted me and claimed that the coffee machine, which they say was in the room the day before, was now missing. I want to make this absolutely clear: I did not take any coffee machine. I know there was a coffee machine in the room because I used it, but I have no reason whatsoever to take a coffee machine from a hotel. I have a coffee machine at home, and I have never stolen anything in my life. What makes this even more upsetting is the way the situation was handled. Instead of first conducting a proper internal check, reviewing who entered the room after checkout, checking staff access, cleaning records, or any relevant documentation, I was left feeling as if I was being treated like I had taken it. No clear proof was presented to me. I am even willing to take a polygraph test to prove that I did not take the machine, although I should never have been put in a position where I have to prove that I did not steal something I never took. To make matters worse, the possibility of legal action was raised, which made the whole experience even more stressful and unacceptable. If the hotel has a concern about missing equipment, there is a professional and respectful way to investigate it. Treating a guest as if they are responsible without presenting clear evidence is deeply disappointing, humiliating, and completely unacceptable. I expected a much higher standard of service, fairness, and professionalism from a hotel under the Isrotel brand. Unfortunately, this experience seriously damaged my trust in the hotel and in the chain.

חוויה מבישה ומאכזבת מאוד ממלון Sea Tower ישרוטל. במהלך השהות שלי בחדר הייתה מכונת קפה, ובבוקר וגם בצהריים שתיתי ממנה קפה. לאחר מכן ביצעתי צ׳ק-אאוט כרגיל. לאחר העזיבה, לטענת המלון, כאשר הגיעו לנקות את החדר התברר שמכונת הקפה איננה, ומאז בפועל מאשימים אותי כאילו אני לקחתי אותה. אני רוצה להבהיר בצורה חד-משמעית: לא לקחתי שום מכונת קפה. אני יודע שהייתה מכונה בחדר כי השתמשתי בה ושתיתי ממנה קפה, אבל אין לי שום צורך לקחת מכונת קפה ממלון — יש לי מכונת קפה בבית. בחיים שלי לא גנבתי, והתחושה שמאשימים אותי בדבר כזה היא פוגענית, משפילה וחמורה מאוד. אני אפילו מוכן לבצע בדיקת פוליגרף כדי להוכיח שלא לקחתי את המכונה, למרות שמלכתחילה לא הייתי צריך להגיע למצב שבו אני צריך להוכיח שלא גנבתי משהו שלא לקחתי. במקום לבצע בדיקה פנימית רצינית ומכבדת, התחושה היא שהמלון בחר להפנות אליי אצבע מאשימה, כאילו מדובר בעובדה מוגמרת. מעבר לזה, עצם זה שמעלים מולי איומים לגבי בית משפט רק הופך את ההתנהלות לעוד יותר חמורה ולא נעימה. אם למלון יש טענה לגבי ציוד שהיה בחדר, יש דרך לבדוק את זה בצורה מקצועית, מכבדת וזהירה — לא על ידי האשמת אורח בגניבה בלי להציג הוכחה ברורה. ציפיתי מרשת ישרוטל לסטנדרט שירות גבוה בהרבה, ליחס מכבד ולבדיקה רצינית לפני שמטילים האשמה כל כך חמורה על לקוח. החוויה הזו השאירה לי טעם רע מאוד ופגעה לחלוטין באמון שלי במלון וברשת. לצערי, אחרי יחס כזה, קשה מאוד להמליץ על המקום.

First room we got was low floor and could hear the traffic, fridge made lots of noises but eventually swapped and management listened and took our noise complaints onboard
