The hotel staff were especially kind and helpful and cheerful.

Ac broke. Fridge was dirty. Breakfast sucked.

The tile floors were disgusting! We cleaned them everywhere we went! We got tired of buying soap and paper towels to wash the floors. We finally asked management to clean the floors. Terrible!!!

It was perfect for my needs. Elevators worked fine. Breakfast had a great variety of choices. Will use again. Thank-you!

Room was comfortable and clean just dated in a few areas. Breakfast had several hot a cold options including waffles. Area was quiet the night we were there and convenient to restaurants etc

Not at all what was expected. Drove up to the property and immediately had regrets. Didn't have a choice but to stay. Front desk person was friendly when I arrived but that was the only time I ever saw anyone at the front desk as I was entering or leaving the building. The lobby area entering the hallway smelled musty and like a wet dog. I also slept on sheets that had blood stains on them, which unfortunately weren't noticed by me until the end of my stay. I quickly checked out and left the keys in the room as there was no one to be found that I could alert of this manner and it was too late at that point to have anything done in regards to the sheets. The bedding was also uncomfortable, thin, and old. The pillows were worse than sleeping on a bag of hay and while the shower was hot and had good water pressure, lots of hard water stains were on the faucet and there were cracks in the tub lining. I absolutely do not recommend staying here.

Everybody from the maintenance man to the manager was accommodating understanding and patient I truly enjoyed my time here even though I ended up in the hospital and then have to have emergency dental work done they were very understanding and accommodating.. this will be my go to hotel anytime I'm in Indianapolis

Good place near lots of stores and restaurants.

Very accommodating quiet stay I enjoyed it immensely anytime I'm in Indianapolis this will be my go-to hotel

The bath room the Dove soaps and lotion living room and the king size bed very comfy thank y’all that helped I’m sure breaker was great
