Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich.

Es gibt keine Steckdosen am Bett, kein Telefon im Zimmer und nur 1 Sessel im Doppelzimmer.

Wir waren eine Woche zu Gast in Chemnitz. Als Teil des Organisationsteam für das jährliche Mercedes W 124 Treffen wurden wir vom gesamten Hotelteam super unterstützt. Ihr habt uns den Rahmen geschaffen um für alle Teilnehmer ein gelungenes Treffen zu gestalten. Danke an jeden einzelnen von euch ihr seid spitze. Das Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert. Sehr gute Zimmer, hervorragendes Essen und immer freundliches Personal. Danke für alles.

Zimmer leider zu stickig trotz ausgestellter Klimaanlage. Bei dann geöffnetem Fenster etwas laut vom Verkehrt vor der Tür.
