Close to the center and trainstation

The pillows were thin and no extra pillows in the room. The water of the pool would benicer a few degrees warmer.

Rooms are spacious, and you get complimentary water

The fridge in the room did not work. We reported it to reception and they immediately offered us another room with a working fridge. Great service with minimal discomfort.

Location is excellent. Walkable from train station. Good areas to eat around. Walkable to a lot of the attractions/ meeting points for excursions. Construction going on behind the property was the only problem.

There is construction going on behind the property so it was loud sometimes.

Das Personal war stets freundlich. Die Zimmer waren geräumig und sehr sauber. Beim Frühstücksbuffet gab es eine große Auswahl, sodass für jeden etwas dabei war.

Rooms not properly made when we came back from our day out The towels were not replaced (we normally do not ask for towels to be replaced daily however , their towels have a vinegary smell to them The cups I used were half washed , nor replaced
