Returning to this hotel. It has gone down hill. Not a 5 star resort. Wave machine out of order no dolphins, ran out of food!

Friendly welcome, staff was excellent ,room was clean,

I didnt like rudeness of the staff that introducing promotional thing when we decided not to take up there offer

The facilities were excellent with plenty to do for all ages. We received a warm welcome on arrival, and the reception and staff were friendly throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a great variety of options. We only tried one restaurant, which was pleasant though not exceptional. Overall, it was a fun family experience and everyone enjoyed it.

The sales/tour experience significantly detracted from our stay. We were approached at the entrance about a “promotion” offering a hotel tour and demonstration in exchange for $200 in hotel credit. Although we initially agreed, our family later decided to visit Dunn’s River Falls instead. The staff member was very forceful, insisting we had already committed and that someone was waiting. We were taken to a room where our details were recorded and it became clear this was a sales presentation. When we explained we were short of time and did not wish to proceed, the same staff member returned visibly upset and told us our family needed to leave the hotel because we declined the tour. Another person then tried to pressure us to stay by increasing the offer to $350. The situation felt extremely uncomfortable, overwhelming, and clearly a sales tactic. It was a very poor experience.
