Villas By Seric,15' walking to the beach

Super good location, with a 15 min walk to the beach! The house is beautiful and have everything you need for a fantastic holiday!

Excellently equipped modern stylish apartment with more facilities than you expect. Excellent set up inside and out. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Very friendly and helpful staff, Ana responds almost instantly to requests. Wonderful private pool, sufficiently shaded, and rooftop sun terrace, if you want to bake yourself! 10 mins walk from Torremolinos centre, 10 mins drive from Málaga airport, far enough away from the hustle & bustle, yet close to bars, restaurants, shops, bus & train stations.

Outdoor lights go out automatically at 10.30pm. While I understand this is due to being located in a residential area and being mindful of potential noise, the house next door (not affiliated) had loud music, chatting and even arguing into the early hours. I think there should be more flexibility on this. During our stay there was construction work ongoing in a neighbouring property, with hammering and drilling throughout the weekdays. I acknowledg. Villas by Seric had no knowledge or control of this, it did affect the quality of our experience. Even so, I will definitely return again.

The property was well furnished and modern, it had almost everything we could want, the only thing we would’ve liked was a regular oven but you can cook most things in the small convection oven, stove or bbq outside. The location was very good with it being only a 5 minute walk to a supermarket and about 20 minutes to walk to the beach, water park, botanical gardens and crocodile park. Plenty of restaurants and shops around the area to cater for all needs and most importantly only a short drive from the airport. We travelled a short distance to Fuengirola, Malaga centre and Mijas during our stay and had no issues getting around using Uber/Local taxis. Staff were on hand in the office whenever we would need them and check in was easy, we had no issues with communication leading up to and during our stay and felt as though we were looked after well.

No regular sized oven but you could cook other meals using the stove, microwave/convection oven or bbq. Just a personal preference of ours rather than something we didn’t like.

All the facilities were as it said when booking , the layout in the garden and pool was great

walking distance to restaurants. bars , beach .. quiet location .. helpful hosts.. nice pool and garden , secure for our little dog .. would definitely stay again

The property was great, had everything you need. It was only a short distance for 2 supermarkets. The pool/ garden area was beautiful, pool was a great size.

The main bedroom had a weird perfume smell coming from the air con which made it a little tough to sleep in there. I would also say that the place could use a few lamps as the lights were very bright. These are very minor things to help improve .

The property was beautiful and had sun beds, swimming pool, a bed on the roof, BBQ and speakers for the smart TV to play music. The staff helped us immediately with any issues we had.
