Un poco complicado al momento de llegar con las llaves y la llegada al Depto

Gute Lage. Schöne Wohnung, gute Ausstattung. Bequemes Bett. Modernes Bad. Hat alles gepasst.

Einiges war defekt. Aussenrollo, Markise. Vorhangstange locker.

Sehr gute Lage

Convenient location just outside the Old Town in a modern building with a lift, right next to a supermarket (around 25-30 minutes on foot to the East/Main Bus Station) The apartment itself is also modern and well equipped with plenty of space and a balcony. Check in instructions were also clear.

The bed and pillows were too soft for me. One of the kitchen cabinet doors was broken (could be a safety hazard) and the AC remote control was out of battery. Would also be nice to have some tea bags and instant coffee sachets.

Perfect location, just steps away from the old town and right next to Konzum the supermarket. They helped us arrange early check in and allowed us to check out 1 hour later.

Not very clean. Kind of sticky floors with black water marks. Towels had a musty smell. Shower curtain is too short and water splashes everywhere after showering. We were trapped twice by the main apartment gate, not the fault of the property owner but their response was not very helpful. The first time it happened, it was our first night in the city. Thankfully someone from the team answered half an hour later though they asked me to key in the code and push the gate harder… in the end it was someone who had locked the gate and a few other residents were also trapped outside. Though they did reach out to the building management afterwards. The second time we were trapped in the morning going out (luckily someone was there and we could exit), they only replied 6 hours later. Even though we resolved it, a message saying that they have noted this and informed the building management would be helpful and reassuring rather than radio silence for 6 hours in the daytime working hours. While it is not the fault of them but rather the actual building management, the customer service could be much better. They responded the fastest regarding check out, lol.

Das Apartment war sehr schön, modern und sauber. Sehr nah an der berühmten Brücke von Mostar und ein schöner Blick von Balkon auf die Franjevačka Kirche.

Die Parkplatzsituation ist leider ne Katastrophe und recht teuer. Mindestens 10 Euro pro Tag und wenn man einen der Parkplätze die an der Straße angeboten werden annimmt, muss man das Risiko eingehen, dass das Auto beschädigt sein könnte von anderen Fahrzeugen, da es sehr eng sein kann... Ich empfehle bei der Franjevačka zu parken und dort zu zahlen...
