Ein ganz sauberes Hotel, die Anlage ist sehr edel eingerichtet, doch leider fehlt ein Kühlschrank respektive eine Minibar, wo man unsere Getränke für den nächsten Wandertag kühlstellen kann oder evtl will man seine Freundin mit einem Glas Weisswein aus der Minibar verwöhnen. Das Personal hat sich herzlich um uns gekümmert. Gerne wieder!

Wir hatten ein wunderschönes Eckzimmer mit Blick in Richtung Norden und Westen (Seen). Schön renoviert. Sehr bequeme Betten. Schönes Bad mit Regendusche. Sehr leckeres Abendessen (à la carte). Super Service/Bedienung. Können das Hotel sehr empfehlen.

Wunderschön gelegen, superfreundliches Personal, Frühstücksbuffet bis 13:00 mit Prosecco à discretion, late check-out bis 16:00 möglich und alles was nicht möglich ist (Verlängerung des Aufenthalts ausserhalb der regulären Öffnungszeiten) wird möglich gemacht. Absolut perfekt.

Das Hotel wurde def. zu früh geöffnet. Abläufe nicht klar. Überfordertes und überlastetes Personal. Geleistete Vorauszahlung wurde nicht gefunden. Musste doppelt bezahlen und habe nun den Aufwand für die Rückvergütung
