"Excellent"

Checked in very late at 1 am and the reception guy was ready to welcome us. The room, bed and the hotel are clean. Water is provided and kitchen is available. Check out time is flexible. Even though the hotel is located in a narrow alley with limited parking, the hotel staff helped arranged parking for our vehicle. They were vwry helpful. We will definitely stay at thia hotel when visiting Semarang.

"Inflexible Reservation Policy: Disappointing Experience at RedDoorz"

Good value for budget travelers.

The location is sketchy, and challenging for taxi drivers to reach (particularly cars). I originally booked for four nights but requested to shorten my stay to two nights. Unfortunately, RedDoorz would not adjust my reservation and kept the payment for the additional two nights. This inflexibility and lack of customer service were disappointing.
