AEProximity to the tram station.
I was told by a few locals in Oran to take care of pickpocketers and thieves around the area. But the staff never mentioned this to me. I was extra vigilant after my friends told me so, but I never faced any problems during my stay. I also noticed that the main door was always locked. The location is close to a tram station which is convenient for you to get around but I felt the service is just okay. Breakfast is okay. And I felt the hotel is a bit pricy for the quality of service and stay provided. You can easily walk in and book and you'd probably get a cheaper rate. It's an old property.
GBVery friendly receptionist (late night/early morning). Close to centre and train station. Nice firm mattress.
The room wasn't cleaned during the day, I don't know if this is normal in Algeria or not.

AUthe room was very clean and staff were great
it was vey noisy. the front. door has a bell which people rang all night and this was very noisy. as it is in the old town there was a lot of yelling and people shouting during the night.
