Guest House Agava

The host was wonderful, since our stay was out of season they let us use the whole house, which was more than we could ask for having 4 little kids with us. I loved how clean everything was. The old town is very close for any sightseeing and restaurants. I would definitely recommend to tourists visiting Mostar for the first time since it’s so affordable to stay at Agava House giving people bigger budget for exploring.

This is no way a criticism since we really enjoyed our stay, but I would have loved to have had a living room with couches and comfy chairs. The TV didn’t work but it was actually great to have a break from the screens.

We booked the entire house and on the booking confirmation it stand clearly that we booked 6 rooms. We were only given 3 instead (despite the fact that we booked and paid 6) and the owner couldn’t understand that he has no right to do so. The only positive thing was that Booking supported us, gave us right and part of the money back. Which means that Booking is a reliable platform and doesn’t allow anyone to violate the terms of a booking.

Lovely spacious property, accommodated a group of six. Very clean and close to the old city. Host was really friendly and provided lots of good advice.

A bit of a long walk to the old town with a few difficult ups and downs, but you can take a taxi fairly cheaply

Very spacious, clean house at great location, with very helpful owners. We would highly recommend it to anyone while visiting Mostar.
