"SKIP CANDLEWOOD SUITES & COUNTRY INN SUITES"

WE DID NOT STAY HERE!! We were traveling with my 90 yr old aunt and 87 yr old mother, the General Mgr called me and told me if I could NOT get there by 2 pm she will cancel out RSV😳as we were 5 hours away stuck in construction there was no way . We tried Country Inn and Suites behind them but they had people waiting in the lobby for hours, we were told there were 2 maids and 80 rooms and we would have to wait a few hours…. FINALLY GIT A BEAUTIFUL ROOM NEXT DOOR AT LA QUINTA!! *** I AM VERY CONCERNED I MAY HAVE BEEN CHARGED BY EXPEDIA/BOOKING.COM FOR CIRCUMSTANCES OUT IF MY CONTROL? I am checking in this now …. However if u are in cookeville TN ONLY STAY AT LA QUINTA ON JEFFERSON

Great room and clean

1st night had no towels in the room. Desk clerk told me to come down and some towel was already undressed for my shower. Less than 1/2 roll of toilet paper had to go ask for more. Was cleaning carpets and and put new on bath tubs hallway was full of fumes till it would burn your eyes!
