"Good, except for not being able to access the hotel's internet service."

Clean room, friendly staff.

During my 3-day stay, we were never able to access the internet. The gentleman at the desk tried, but our server apparently could not connect to the hotel's system. This was a huge inconvenience for me, so I doubt I will ever stay at Candlewood again. I have stayed at Candlewood numerous times over the past two years, but this was the first time I could not access the internet. The gentleman at the desk tried to assist me but was unsuccessful. Again, having stayed at Candlewood of Cookeville in the past, I used the same computer and had no internet service for the 3-day stay. For this reason, we will not stay at Candlewood of Cookeville again.

The facility was clean, the rooms were spacious and the staff were friendly.

The beds were way way too soft, the heat button would only go down and not up and there was no streaming options on the tv.

Clean and comfortable. The staff were the best...professional and kind.

The dishes in the dishwasher smelled bad like they had been washed and left in there for a long long time. Temp on pool could be a warmer. Staff said it was kept at room temp but it was quite cold.
