I did not end up staying at the Finca. The keys are held at a hotel near the airport. The taxi to get them was more than the cost of the stay. I was so disappointed as this is my ideal hotel. Small numbers & private. I would like to rebook with more notice so key arrangements could be simpler. I would urge the owners to install a key safe & fail safe self entry. The owner was very accommodating and released my booking with no charge. I was disappointed to miss staying here.

The key situation but the owner cancelled my booking with free cancellation. He offered me an alternative room in their hotel in Alicante which had spa facilities. If I had been staying longer I would have booked the hotel for my arrival as it was near the airport, picked u the key and progressed to Santa Barbra for my main stay. Exceptionally good owner to deal with.
