Holiday Inn Express & Suites Chicago O'Hare Airport by IHG

ATSのターミナルから徒歩１０分とアクセスが良く、 受付スタッフの方の対応が良かった。 部屋は広く清潔でした。

部屋にコップが置いてなかった。 シャワーの水圧が低くて水量が少なかった。

It was fine .

Asking 3 different days and 3 different people for room service and getting none and dismissed like an idiot is unacceptable. Breakfast was terrible.

Room & hallways NOT clean. Outside trashcans overflowing. Poster ad in the elevator said the restaurant (I assume not owned by Holiday Inn, but still . . . ) was open until . . . 10:00 or later(?). Sign outside said 9:00. But at 8:20 was already closed.

The beds were comfortable, breakfast options were ideal, location was unbeatable

The pool is too small, there is no seating space and should be updated

Breakfast was excellent, with options and very tasty.

I did'n know there was no shuttle service. This time it work for me, but not sure for different circumstances.

Nothing at all, I didn’t like to pay to park you would think that if you’re staying at the hotel you’re entitled to park there too they charged me $20 to park for one night, I’m not doing it again
