Atour Light Hotel Central Street Haerbin

It is in a good location being only 100 metres or so from Zhaolin Park which is where the ‘junior’ division for ice sculptures is on show. Entry here is free unlike at Ice and Snow World. Another plus is the that for the first time in our travels, the breakfast room is actually warm. The staff are obliging and helpful, particularly in the dining area. The rooms are a decent size but a little smaller than others we have stayed in. A good variety of breakfast options.

Despite this being a non-smoking hotel, the smell of cigarettes is everywhere. Getting out of the elevator on our floor, it stank and the smell drifted into the room when entering. The breakfast room is far too small for a hotel of this size. It has 10 floors and who knows how many rooms, but the breakfast area barely sits 24 people. Many a time people would walk in, see the crowd, and walk away. There is also the issue of cutlery. Why have spreadable items like butter and jam and then have nothing to spread them with? We had to make do with the handle of a tiny fork used for selecting food items because after asking, we found out they just don’t have knives and/or forks. Ever tried spreading butter with a chopstick? All the cups and ‘glasses’ are paper; even in the rooms. We are paying double what we have paid elsewhere, we know the ice festival is on, but the only crockery are the plates. We have stayed with Atour before and except for the helpful staff, this place is not as good.

地點佳，位於中央大街旁的街道，正對面是小學，晚上寧靜。房內供礦泉水4瓶，不足仍可去電梯門口取用。房內乾淨無異味，櫃台服務人員態度親切服務佳。

沒有加溼器，房內乾躁。浴室內沖澡的水壓很小

前台的服務真的很親切，飯店裡的人都很熱情，遇到問題都很熱情協助
