The location was great. The room had heaps of space and large windows and I had a great view. Shower was great, good pressure and hot. The bed and pillows comfortable. Breakfast was ample with good coffee. Older building which was expected but kept well. Overall a wonderful stay.

La struttura è in pieno centro storico e per arrivare bisogna farsi dare un codice per accedere alla zona interdetta alle auto, ma una volta dentro si trova parcheggio e io l'ho trovato a 10 metri! Ho soggiornato nella struttura principale, all'ultimo piano, senza ascensore! Ma la camera era un bijou, arredata a tema vino, con un letto per me comodissimo! Il bagno un pò piccolo, ma rispecchia lo stile. La cosa strana ma piacevole è stata la condivisione della colazione, nel senso che tutti gli ospiti erano nella "sala da pranzo" in un unico tavolo e quindi sedevi accanto e assieme a sconosciuti. Non era super abbondante e varia ma io ho mangiato!

"Worn cheaper accommodation...needs work"

It was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfortable A nice breakfast and prepared on time.

The directions were misleading. We had to haul our bags a long way from where Uber could drop us. The reception desk was very poorly marked and not in our building accommodations. The hallway in the building had leaves on the carpet in the hallway.. The sheets and towels were clean but the twin blanket on a queen bed was worn and had a soiled appearance. The bed spread left on the chair was clean but was meant for a twin bed and did not fit. The new owner has much to improve on!

"Perfetto per una notte a Sintra"

La struttura è nel centro storico di Sintra, comodissima. Camera spaziosa con letto king size, buona colazione e personale super gentile.

Il pavimento della camera era veramente sudicio.
