The staff is really great, all are very friendly and very helpful. The location is great next to restaurants, shops and walking distance from meydan.

Staff made you feel at home immediately upon arrival especially the lady who shares breakfast duties and also cleans bedrooms. I was blessed by being given my room key card when I dropped my bags off. Great cafe next door. Lovely home made chips each morning. Night security chap helped translate for me re. bus tickets.

The final breakfast was missing the scrambled eggs which had been lovely. Also no fruit juice on final day.

The room size was good for family trip

We have faced a disgusting clean issue in the bathroom were we find a very bad smell and discovered later the source of it which was unfortunately worms everywhere in the ground came from a ground opening and I have filmed it and showed to them in the reception but we have a very bad night before we leave as my small childlren were sleeping and we can't change the room so we have to use this awful bathroom. Breakfast as well was very poor I can't find any variety to eat for me or my family.
