The stuff was kind, the location is great, the hotel is historical building but clean and elegant.

The air conditioner does not work well, the room is very hot, they change the room the next day.

The staff at the hotel were truly amazing, very welcoming, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my stay. I really appreciated their support. The breakfast was also quite nice and a good way to start the day.

The building is in need of renovation, and unfortunately, there is no elevator. I stayed on the 4th floor, which made it quite challenging to go up and down, especially with luggage. The room itself wasn’t very impressive. Cleanliness was okay — I would rate it around 5 out of 6. The bed wasn’t very comfortable, and there’s no designated parking area for hotel guests, which was inconvenient. Overall, the excellent staff made a big difference, but the hotel facilities could definitely use some upgrades.
