Sylvia is very Kind and helpful, u can met her in Viterbo streets while she is dividing her time to serve her guest. The location and the balcony in the kitchen.

The location is excellent, in the heart of Viterbo.

The room was in need of a refurb. Very old bedclothes - a hole in the quilt, a rickety, stained metal table and DIY breakfast of packaged bread and cakes, with no savoury options.

Excellent location. Clean, but cramped.

To share a small kitchen with other guests was somewhat awkward or you eat in your room on a tiny table and go back and forth to the kitchen to make coffee. There is no place to sit and relax except in the kitchen on a bench or at the table. It is fine for a family that needs two rooms.

The guest house is in a privileged location in central Viterbo, just steps away from the town hall, yet quiet at night. The small square has a beautiful fountain, plus restaurants and coffee bars are nearby, as also a grocery store. It is located on the primo piano (second floor in the U. S) with a stone staircase. The window overlooks the square in front. The guest house could easily deserve a 10 rating with only a few minor upgrades.

The tiny breakfast table in the room. However, there is a larger table in the common kitchen area located in between the two rooms.

The host was very kind; the room was very clean (and the individual bathroom as well). We had a room, a shared kitchen and there was one other room on the floor for another couple. Silvia left coffee/tea, bread, cornetti, jams, ham and cheese for breakfast and gave us restaurant recommendations. The guest house is ideally located in the city.
