駅に近いこと、部屋の広さ、ミニキッチンや洗濯機などが完備されていること、部屋に入れば静かな環境だったことなど。

複数人で使うので、お風呂とトイレが独立しているとよかったです。 畳の上の敷布団が薄かったので、リビングのソファの方が寝心地がよかったです。

The washing machine and the drying function in the bath worked very well. We also enjoyed the mini bar drinks.

The check in process interface was clunky. The keyboard on the iPad in English was set up in alphabetical order instead of the standard asdfghjkl manner. Also the terms and conditions weren’t translated into English, even after clicking the English button.

駅や飲み屋街(エキニシ)が近いロケーションでした。水回りも綺麗ですし、部屋数もあり値段もお手頃です。

自動チェックインですこし戸惑いました。案内をメッセージなどでしていただ来たかったです。

"Hidden treasure in Hiroshima"

Great location, only 100m from hiroshima station

We were a bit surprised by the entrance, i thought the presentation of the lobby was not so great and we were worrried what the place was going to be like. However, the apartment was amazingly presented and very spacious!
