Holiday Inn Express & Suites - Albuquerque East by IHG

Very convenient to I-40 and restaurant options. Very clean and comfortable with a helpful staff.

We have made this trip a number of times and chose to stay in Albuquerque this time. This was the best overall experience and will plan to stay again. Friendly staff and a safe environment are the top reasons. Good breakfast and cleanliness are great as well.

Hotel was clean and seemed to be fairly new. There is nothing 'walkable', and although the facility seemed secure, the security fencing around the parking area made me a bit leery.

Hotel was nice, clean, and it felt secure. The gate is a plus but I’m not sure how much it really helps? That said we had no issues. Area around the hotel is a little sketchy but not terrible. I don’t recommend the Walmart close to the hotel. Everything is under lock and key with armed security and an interesting clientele. Can’t hold that against the holiday inn express - just a warning to others.

They liars but said I am lying. Because I can not bare the room’s odor and asked to change a room, the lady just said a lot of reasons that I can’t. But I really can not sleep and contact the booking.com. The night manager at first said they had not received the email from booking. When I came down to show my email from booking, the manager changed face immediately. He said “why you called booking? We can change a room” I said I tried to negotiate with the receptionist but failed. And he said “ you can not say she is a liar, she already wrote down on memo that you refused to change” and he used threatening words to let me hang up the call with booking. For my safety, I got up to my room. And the whole night I was sleeping in the car.
