Basic accommodation near the harbour, fine for a short overnight stay.

Unfortunately our stay in Nusa Penida was disappointing. The room didn’t feel very clean when we arrived, with stains on both the bedsheets and towels which immediately gave a bad impression. The breakfast was also very basic and small, definitely not what we expected. The biggest issue was the ants — they were absolutely everywhere. Not just around the room, but in the bed and all over our belongings throughout the stay. If you don’t mind sharing your room with ants then this might be the place for you, but for us it made the stay really uncomfortable. We were also disappointed with the pricing from staff for transport. We asked about a taxi to a restaurant less than 10 minutes away and were quoted 400k IDR for a return trip, which felt extremely overpriced and similar to UK taxi prices. They also tried to sell us a day tour, and after we explained we’d already booked one elsewhere, they suddenly offered to match the price — despite it costing only slightly more than the short taxi ride they originally quoted us. That alone made the pricing feel very untrustworthy. Overall, we wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.

Nice, chill, cozy place. The location is great, the staff is professional and friendly

I had a lovely stay at this small, cozy hotel. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, with modern decor. The staff were friendly and attentive, always ready to help with a smile. My room was clean, comfortable, and well arranged, making it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
