Terrific experience! Check in was quick, smooth. She accommodated our special request which we appreciated. Well lit parking, easy access to shopping and restaurants. Room was very clean, AC worked great, awesome shower. Would definitely stay here again

We had a wonderfully quiet 2 night stay. The room was big enough for my elderly mother to maneuver around with her walker, which gave her the safety to feel comfortable moving around.

The room was clean and neat. The room darkening shade was great. I like that more than curtains. Comfortable bed. Pillows that weren't so soft as to be useless.

Room was a tad small. With no carpet, the floors were a tad chilly and slippery after a shower. Breakfast was horrid. They should say on the website that breakfast is a joke. The breakfast was called grab and go. It was a granola bar, Jimmy Dean breakfast sandwich, a juice and orange which we had to carry up to our room with no tray or plate. Yuck.

Nice hotel the guy at the front desk was not welcoming. Most It's Hello, welcome to ... He was do you have a reservation,Id, and credit card. Not friendly.

"Convenient location"

Stayed here for 1 night during Coldplay concert. Nice and friendly staff. Clean room. This was my second stay at an AVID hotel. Liked the convenient location, no carpet in room, big roomy bathrooms, good breakfast options, good amount of parking spaces, and comfortable beds. Nothing bad that I can note about with my stay. I'd recommend to family and friends.

Staff was great. Nick and Alyssa were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice, clean, felt new. Shower was solid. Bed good, comforter quite comfortable. Our cat liked it too
