Tripla piccolissima non era possibile stare in 3 persone in una camera così piccola

Albergo fronte mare con splendida vista da tutte le stanze e con spiaggia attrezzata ad esclusivo utilizzo. Ottimo livello sia qualitativo che quantitativo del cibo. Personale gentile ed attento a risolvere qualsiasi esigenza; vorrei a tal proposito segnalare il maitre di sala: William e le sue collaboratrici, in particolare una vulcanica Alessia sempre pronta a dispensare sorrisi ed attenzioni per i clienti. Altamente consigliato.

Un piccolo appunto al parcheggio coperto con posti numerati, c’erano cartelli che invitavano a parcheggiare facendo attenzione a lasciare il posto per una seconda auto fra i paletti ma, per quanto mi sia sforzato, due auto di dimensioni più generose non possono proprio starci.

The staff in the breakfast room were very friendly. The rooms were clean.

On arrival we asked about onsite parking, only to be told we should have pre-booked, as it was full. I asked about other parking options however the receptionist was less than helpful. After finding nearby free on-street parking, we returned and went to our room. Unfortunately the A/C was not working properly (it was 31+ degrees outside). We reported same and waited an hour and 20 mins for the maintenance man to arrive. He took the filter away and cleaned it, as it was blocked with fluff and other debris. Presuming the A/C had been fixed we went out for dinner. On our return it was obvious the A/C had not been repaired. It was late and nothing could be done, as the hotel was fully booked. We subsequently spent a very uncomfortable night in an extremely hot room. It took until the following evening for us to be given another room, where the A/C seemed to work slightly better, but it wasn't great. The hotel lift was the worst I have experienced in a very long time. Although the hotel only has 5 floor and a basement, the lift could take up to 7/8 mins. It was easy to walk down, but not up 5 floors in the 31 degree heat! Our first room was at the back of the hotel and we could not access the free internet.
