This is an amazing spot for a vacation! The staff is incredibly guest-friendly, the restaurant offers superb cuisine, and there's a cozy and convenient beach right nearby. I’d like to highlight the hotel management’s attentive approach to guests. Special mention goes to the hotel director, Ercan, the lifeguard, Levant, and practically every waiter in the restaurant. My family and I felt completely at home. Thank you!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely amazing stay! My partner and I had the most wonderful stay here! The hotel is beautiful – clean, modern, and with such a great atmosphere. The restaurant was fantastic, with delicious food both for breakfast and dinner, and the beach club was the perfect place to relax, enjoy great music, and take in the beautiful view. The service overall was truly exceptional – every staff member was friendly, helpful, and made us feel so welcome. I especially want to mention Ridvan from the beach club – he is absolutely amazing! Always smiling, attentive, and gives 100% every single time. He really made our experience extra special. We loved everything about this place and will definitely be coming back! ❤️

At first glance, Day One Alanya seems like a good choice – a beautiful area, modern rooms, and a pleasant atmosphere. However, the reality was far from what we expected. Noise problem: The hotel is located right next to a busy main road, and the soundproofing is almost non-existent. Traffic noise goes on day and night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. We were waking up around 5 a.m. every morning because of the constant car noise. Restaurant and service: The restaurant experience was very disappointing. The food quality was poor, and the staff attitude – especially from the restaurant manager – was unacceptable. After we politely asked to replace undercooked potatoes, the manager simply threw the same ones back into the oil and brought them back soaked in grease. From that moment, he even stopped greeting us. This level of disrespect toward guests is shocking for a hotel claiming 5 stars. Honestly, I don’t recommend eating at the hotel at all – just 100–200 meters away, there are plenty of much better and cheaper restaurants. Front desk: The reception staff were also unprofessional. When we asked about the possibility of a late check-out, the receptionist immediately said “no” without even asking for our room number or details. Overall: The hotel itself looks good, but the unbearable noise, poor food, and unprofessional service ruined our stay. Definitely not a 5-star experience – more like 2 out of 5.

Wir haben nicht das Zimmer bekommen dass wir gebucht hatten. Das Hotel ist sehr laut. Das Personal ist nicht gerade freundlich oder hilfsbereit wir bekamen in der ganzen Zeit nie das eigentlich gebuchte Zimmer.

Wonderful stay at Day One! This is a really special place, with at luxurious atmosphere. The rooms are nice, and the staff are helpful. Especially Leven the lifeguard who brings drinks and food directly to your sunbed. The origin restaurant serve the most amazing food, the breakfast is super pro. We are for sure going back.

We always enjoy our time here, and we are looking forward to come back.

Es war unglaublich schön. Sehr ruhig gelegen. Das Hotel hat zwei private Stege direkt am Hotel wo man immer Zugang zu hat, ein unglaublich schönes Restaurant und tolles Personal.

Otel konumu ve konsepti çok iyi. Personeli güleryüzlü ve kibar. Denize sıfır konumda olması ve merkeze yakınlığı iyi bir seçenek. Odalar ferah ve geniş. Temizlik konusundada gayet iyi bir durumda. Bahçe iyi dizayn edilmiş. Sorunsuz bir konaklama geçirdik.

At our arrival the hotel stuff wasnt welcoming us, they were not friednly at our check in time. When we arrived to the hotel we realised what booked and repaid room previously it was completely different what we booked it was Deluxe Sea View room with plunge pool and the room, but when we checked in the room hasnt got view at all, from our we could see dirty plants and completely covered the view and also the bathroom was licking, after the shower the all bathroom and toilet was full with water everywhere. The towels what they provided and the bedsheets was very very smelly and sticky and moldy and we asked to change them the room and speak with the manager but he refused to speak with us. The room wasnt hyginic at all as well. After first night we complained for the hotel stuff and they were very arrogant and they told us they are fully booked no other option to change room. The room number was 101 , Finally we checked out after 1 night and left them and now we are started raise a complain with them and informed our bank as well to take futher steps get back and refund back our money because the hotel refused to refund back our money! I DO NOT recommend to stay there! The hotel advertising different room for expensive prices!!!
