Day One Beach Resort & Spa - Adults Only

Prior to arriving there was an issue with our booking and we contacted Expedia requesting these changes. Expedia informed us that they tried contacting the hotel several times with no response. When we arrived the cafeteria was under construction, so they would bring us food to our rooms every morning. There is no table in our room, only one bed in the middle, so we were forced to eat our food on the bed. One time we spilled some tea on the side, but thats not our fault, because the cafeteria was under construction and we had no table AT ALL in our room. During checkout they said you have to pay 15 euros because you spilled, but they fail to realize, nothing was our fault! You should have provided a table or fixed your cafeteria construction, imagine how many other guests were eating on the bed and charged at the end as well! Then the lady at the front said we will provide transport to the airport. Mind you, my wife lives in Turkey and knows how much everything costs. A 45 minute drive will be approximately 500TL which is approximately 25 euros at the time. The lady told us there shuttle service is 75 euros. Then she warned us "don't take the taxis, they will charge 100 euros for 45 minutes". I was laughing in my head, because she was doing her best to rob us of more money. Following my decline of their shuttle, I was charged the 15 euros! They are all just trying their best to scam you, I would not recommend this hotel.

This was the most amazing hotel. The staff were lovely and helpful. The view was great, the hotel was clean and modern and well designed. The pool was beautiful! We had a swim up room and they would bring you free breakfast to the room every morning. There’s music in the hotel next door so can be quite lively during the day but it’s quite nice as you can hear the music and see it all but have your own area of a calmer pool etc. I would recommend this hotel time and time again!

This is a lovely place to stay. The people are so friendly and helpful. When we booked the spa wasnt open yet which was disappointing. We will be back when it is. Its in a good location for exploring Alanya with plenty of things to do. The pool is lovely and warm and the food in privee is lovely. The only issue would be the noise during the day from white in white. But the day can be spent on a tour of the place and enjoy the pool and sunset in the evening
