Employees were nice / basketball hoop setup

We were put in a room an animal was In and my husband is highly allergic (they never told us) / beds were very uncomfortable / had to go back twice to have both key cards reprogrammed (never ended up working we always had someone in the room / there was barely food at breakfast (we went like 8 so it wasn’t like we were on the tail end of it

Location . It’s close to restaurants and about 20 minutes to Hershey

The rooms were unkempt, bathroom was moldy and black. My son refused to shower in the bathtub and when I went to front desk, she handed me a bottle of bleach to use it on the mold. Not sure when guests started cleaning bathrooms
