Hotel Bundusan

Very clean and comfortable beds. Clean bathroom. There is a small balcony and window. Very new unit and love the wing chair. Will stay again if come to bundusan. Perfect location to laundry eateries and bank.

Slightly odd layout- some pillars in between the twin bed

I had booked for 2 adults and 2 kids aged 9 and 10. I took this room as it said the room matched the number of people that were going to sleep in. After the booking was paid and done the hotel called me. I double checked whether the room could really accommodate all 4 of us. The staff said yes as the room had 2 super single beds. I was like, okay. When we got there the room had only 1 single bed and 1 super single bed and 1 pillow on each bed. I went to the counter and told the staff about the room, she said there was nothing she could do as I booked through a 3rd party platform and the room was indeed equipped with one single and 1 super single bed. She also told me if i wanted to change to another room I had to pay it again at full room price. Not by just paying the room price difference. 2 of my kids resulted in sleeping on the floor using some new bed sheets and a blanket that we had bought earlier in Kundasang. The sleeping in was not comfortable as it did not turn out as expected. You should have told me the truth when you called me for my booking confirmation. I would have changed to another room configuration if i knew some of us would end up sleeping on the floor. What a shame.
