Room was large and comfortable, A/C worked well, pool was nice and clean, bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very ggod.

Early morning coffee was supposed to be available t the reception desk, but it was hot water and instant coffee. Also, the selection of tea was not the greatest.

Petit hôtel familial proche du centre, très bon accueil de la réception. La chambre était propre et la literie très confortable. La piscine est un plus bien agréable, celle du roof top n’est pas une piscine mais plutôt une très grande baignoire.

Espace pour le petit déjeuner n’est très grand, cela ne nous a pas impacté pendant le séjour. Petit déjeuner correct mais sans plus. Pas d’eau chaude à notre arrivée mais le problème a été résolu assez rapidement.

Hotel hyper bien placé au centre de Bacalar, restaurants a proximité et lagune a 2 rues. Les chambres sont spacieuses et le petit déjeuner est varié sous forme de buffet. On a passé un excellent sejour

The location was great. Breakfast was included and a good choice. Rooms were good size with fridge and microwave. Cold water in reception.

If I was staying for longer than 3 days I think it would be nice to stay by the lagoon for some of it
