If you don’t mind sleeping in a disaster zone this is your place. These Conditions would make a third works country motel operator blush. Torn up smoke detector, ripped ceiling panels, vinyl flooring separated from sun base. But friendly clerk!

Extremely poor service, awful room.

Room picture were simi accurate. Except the bed was on the floor. They rsmove the cable boxes so therd is wires hanging all over the wall. I paid for double bed and got a single bed for 3 people. So it was good for a quick stop but overall would not stay jere again.

The staff was friendly and polite.

Overall nasty. Bed old and lumpy. Holes in wall. Double charged.

I will never used Travelocity again! I booked a hotel through Travelocity and did not end up staying there. They did not have any rooms available like the one I had reserved. Staff was not impressive. I have attempted to get a refund for almost 2 months now. The hotel did approve the refund (I have emails from them). Since I booked through Travelocity the refund had to go through them. They are absolutely worthless when it comes to customer service. Don’t even ask to speak to a manager! Three days passed before a return call and I was at work and missed the call. Guess what no number gives in message just to call Customer Service. I have spent so much time trying to get back my money that I deserve.

Shady area. Plus, when I arrived there was no room available even though I had reserved a room and already paid. The only good thing out of this was that I got my money back but it was a hassle to do with calling Expedia. I wasted 45 min on the phone because they had to call the hotel front desk, who I had spoken to and they said they could not refund and I would need to call Expedia. Grrr.
