Spacious.

The bed is slightly smaller than the rest of the hotel. The kitchen island is not clean (surface with some sticky stain). The reason of booking the hotel is to see the view of the Qian Tang Jiang. However, hotel only managed to arrange 6th floor, a bit disappointed.

It is located in a very nice area, that is walking distance to the expo center. There is a Family Mart just across the street and also a mall with a "western" boutique grocery store where EU tourists can find some delicacies from home. Additionally, there is a Chinese fusion Michelin star restaurant (Guiyushanfang) in the same complex as the mall. There is also a Starbucks about 150m from the hotel, on the way to the conference venue. It is also very easy to hail-ride from the hotel. The room was as described in the photos, spacious, clean and well-maintained. The kitchen has a lot of accessories for cooking, and the fridge is large. The bathroom is large, including all of the amenities. At night, the area is very quiet so I slept well. The staff did their best to assist me despite the language barriers.

The continental breakfast could be improved with more fresh vegetables and bread selection. There are only 2 elevators for 50 floors, so the waiting times can be long. Payment with non-Chinese credit card was a bit painful.

Very spacious, modern, and clean. Excellent location in terms of convention centre. Very friendly staff and excellent breakfast.

Great views, great people, close to the conference center.
