"Would definitely stay here again if we return to Pompeii."

Host was very good with communication. Andrea met us on arrival & showed us into our room. He was very welcoming & incredibly informative despite the language barrier (thanks google translate!) Their card machine working (was explained to us before arrival) so he kindly gave us a ride in his car to the nearest ATM so we could withdraw cash to pay for our stay. Andrea would arrive each morning to provide breakfast in the shared kitchen area for us & guests in the other room, ask if there was anything he could do to make our stay more comfortable, then he’d leave. The accommodation is literally across the road from the Pompeii ruins, and only about a 200-300m walk to the entrance gate. There is a supermarket within 100m, and many restaurants within an easy walking distance.

Perfecte lig ik ten opzichte van de Pompeii ruïnes. Ook op loopafstand van het centrum en de kathedraal.

Op de website staan mooie kamers maar wij kregen toch wel een van de minste, terwijl we geen andere gasten hebben gezien. We hadden ook gevraagd om het ontbijt om 8 uur te serveren aangezien we een boeking hadden om 9:30 bij de Pompeii ruïnes. Dan is er niemand en komt Andrea pas om 8.20 uur nadat we hem een bericht via WhatsApp hadden gestuurd. Hier komen dan geen excuses voor en brengt ons de stress om op tijd te komen beetje jammer nergens voor nodig stiptijd is alles.
