Very clean, warm room.

Maybe it would be nice to add 2 bottles of water as a compliment.

They need to have the screens on windows! Some bugs made it in,and it was not pleasant.

I've stayed here before, a small intimate hotel in a superb location - right behind the Aquaforum! Breakfast is great as is half board. Meals are off a daily menu with two choices for appetizer, three choices for main course, and dessert. But the location is everything if you are going to the Aquaforum - whose rooms are three times the price of Hotel Francis. Some spa treatments are available on request in the hotel, but the Aquaforum has dozens. I will stay here again.

Small hotel with friendly stuff is situated close to the city centrum, where are several possibilities, how to spend your free time. You can visit several green city parks, try mineral water from a lot of springs around the city, you can try a delicious food and good beer, pass out city train trip to the lake with small ZOO, which is not so far away from the city centrum. Unfortunately we have not been there, but there is still the reason, why we visit Francisbad once again ;)

Like disadvantage is, that hotel does not offer procedures during the weekend, so we did not enjoy our stay like we planned.

Grundsätzlich gut für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. Für längere Zeit sind die Zimmer sehr klein. Das Frühstück war gerade so Standard, das Personal kam mit dem Nachlegen nicht wirklich nach. Abends gibt es keinerlei Bar- oder Gaststättenservice. Ringsherum ist auch nichts zu haben. Aller gut für einen ungestörten Kuraufenthalt.
