I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The atmosphere is truly exceptional and creates a very special experience from the moment you arrive. The rooms are beautifully designed, comfortable, and thoughtfully arranged. I especially appreciated a tasty breakfast, the very friendly and attentive service, and the extremely comfortable beds - I slept really well.

There were just a couple of minor downsides: the glasses and cups in the room were not clean, and the toilet could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

"Leuk hotel in het centrum van Zierikzee in de buurt van vele restaurants. Heerlijke bedden."

Prima locatie midden in Zierikzee. Heerlijk en gevarieerd ontbijt.

Wij hadden de familiekamer. Ik vonden het niet fijn dat de badkamer geen deur had.

"Onveilig en onprettig"

Ontbijt was goed.

Zeer onveilig, onprofessioneel en respectloos – absoluut geen aanrader Mijn ervaring met dit hotel was ronduit schandalig. Niet alleen zijn betaal- en persoonsgegevens gelekt, maar de eigenaar gaf aan hier geen verantwoordelijkheid voor te willen of kunnen nemen. Dat alleen al maakt dit hotel onveilig en onbetrouwbaar. Daarnaast werd er dezelfde avond van 22:00 tot maar liefst 02:30 uur – na sluitingstijd en tegen alle regels in – een enorme herrie gemaakt in het restaurant. Het ging om keiharde carnavals “hoempapa”-muziek voor letterlijk twee personen. Slapen was onmogelijk. Toen ik hier verhaal over ging halen, werd de deur op slot gedaan. De eigenaar bevestigde later doodleuk dat dit vaker voorkomt en dat hij er niets aan kan en vooral niets aan wil doen. Een ongekende houding voor iemand die een hotel runt. Ik heb niet voor een dubbeltje op de eerste rij gezeten en dit verblijf was bedoeld als een mooi cadeau voor mijn moeder. In plaats daarvan werd het een grote aanfluiting, met een zeer onvriendelijke en onprofessionele hoteleigenaar en totaal gebrek aan respect voor gasten.
