Tbf for the price i paid per night I'd say i got what matched it. Rooms are tight so luggages are everywhere in the room, surroundings weren't clean as expected.

The location is pretty good, near the train station and shopping mall. Big fridge in your room. And fan in every room for fresh air.

Where to start ? - The rats in the kitchen ? - The fact that there's no air conditioning when it's 40°C outside ? - The fact that there's no-one to clean the place, so everything is left filthy ? Broken showers, plates, toilets, sinks.... - The lack of education, sympathy and presence of the owner and manager Roxanne ? - the clear lack of security, with the main door being broken and has been for months, so that people from outside the hostel can enter as they please ! Some people have had their mobile phones or speakers stolen... - Or being thrown out of the hostel for complaining too much on the messenger group ? It's worth noting that the people who are supposed to manage this hostel are one in Italy and the other in the Philippines, which means that the management is of the highest quality, as you can imagine ! The manager is the first to ask for the money back, but when it comes to resolving problems, she's strangely slow (when the problems are resolved !).

The is the worst hostel I've ever lived in, far worse than the second worse . No air-con, even though the temperature is over 40°, toilet and bathroom is so dirty, seems like no one have ever cleaned it, full of yellow stirs. The kitchen is really dirty as well, food residues are everywhere in the microwave, fridge are smelly, full of rotten food. Disgusting. Since there's no stuff in the hostel, People had their party end at 2 AM. The bed linens and mattress is like something you can find in a rubbish bin. And they charge 43 bucks for all of this.
