Great customer service in front desk. Just the location of the hotel is odd and it is in an unsafe neighbourhood.

The staffs in the restaurant and dining are very nice and pleasing with the diners- food is adequate and prepares well. Receptionist ( Claudio) is very courteous and helpful. He’s very professional and has a pleasing personality being the frontline of the hotel. Claudio also helped me with my bookings of essentials and must-see places in Santiago. My stage was only 4 days but it was enough for me to just relax and divert from my previous trip prior to Chile. But the hotel is well situated within my range to the airport. Very accessible too.

I had a one-night stay prior to flying home. I appreciated the bath tub after all my hiking. The room was spacious and clean. The curtains were sun-blocking and the room was very quiet despite the noisy neighbourhood. The breakfast had great fruits and breads and the dining room was kept very clean. If I was staying for longer, I would have liked to have a small fridge.

The hotel was clean and good breakfast Staff very helpful and friendly The location surroundings didn’t feel so safe but it’s situated around everything I did appreciate the safe parking with gate and guard I recommend the stay for the price if you need to be near everything

Breakfast is very good. Front desk staffs’ English is good. Room is comfortable and quiet. Cannot adjust shower head angle to make water flow to the center. Many people warned us the neighborhood is not safe though we did not run into any issues but be alerted all the time.

The hotel itself was very nice and would have been rated 5 star except for its location. The room was very nice and it had a very nice, reasonably priced restaurant. The negative was the location is not very safe. Two tour guides, plus the hotel staff, recommended to take extra care and not to go out at night. If you are comfortable not going out at night, this is a very nice hotel.

Great location to use the local bus system.
